General
• avoid the kitchen ! if you catch yourself lingering there, get water and leave.
• 600 cal limit
• only fluids throughout the day (water, tea, coffee)
• wake up - 5pm = no cal intake. 5pm - 8pm = only time for eating. half your dinner portions and drink plenty of water before/during meal time
• do 10 squats whenever you’re in the bathroom + 10 lunges per leg when you return to your room
• 50 sit ups + 20 side leg lifts before bed
• aim for 8 hours of sleep !
• take the dog for walks whenever possible
• don’t bring money when you leave the house. you’re less likely to buy food/drinks/etc that way.
• don’t drink your calories !!!
• track everything on MyFitnessPal. no skipping days or cutting the calories you log. you want to be as efficient as possible !
